Friction Part 2

This video explains static friction and gives an example.

Note: At minute 5:22 I mean to ask is 49N less than 50N?
At minute 6:13, if F of friction is equal to F applied, the object will not move. The F applied must ALWAYS be greater than F friction in order to move.
